1. 7-day refund, in any country
You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of payment and get the full amount back, with no reason needed. In Brazil, this right is guaranteed by article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
2. Longer periods required by law
If the law of the country where you live guarantees a longer period or other remedies (for example, 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom, or conformity guarantees for digital content), whichever is more favorable to you applies.
3. How to ask
Use the Manage purchase page to get the portal link, or write to contato@neuralsystem.com.br with your purchase email. The license is deactivated when the refund is issued; the backups already made remain yours and can be restored on the Free plan.
4. When the money comes back
Pix: returned to the same account within 5 business days. Card: the refund shows up on one or two statements, depending on your card issuer.
5. Yearly subscription
The yearly subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and the 7-day period also applies to each renewal. Where the law of your country requires it, we send a reminder before the renewal.
6. After the deadline
After the deadline, we review requests case by case, for example when a defect in the app prevents its use. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in the portal: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no fee, and does not give a pro rata refund, unless the law of your country requires it.
